Sharon Hargrave, LMFT, is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Arizona, California and Texas. As the founder of RelateStrong, Sharon currently serves Pepperdine University’s Boone Center for the Family as a consultant and works with program development. She is also an affiliate faculty member in the Marriage and Family Therapy program at Fuller Theological Seminary in Phoenix, Arizona. Sharon and her husband Terry, speak nationally and internationally on issues pertaining to couples in ministry, marriage, intergenerational relationships, parenting and the Restoration Therapy model. She has co-authored 5 Days to a New Self with her husband. Ms. Hargrave holds a bachelor’s degree from Biola University and a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Alongside her work with RelateStrong, Sharon currently has an online therapy practice. She has served in private practice working with individuals, couples and families for over 30 years. She specializes in working with conflicted couples, leadership relationships and intergenerational issues. She and Terry have two adult married children and a growing number of grandchildren.
