We often get asked, counseling vs. coaching—what’s the difference? While both methods can help your marriage, coaching is typically descriptive and helps couples move from where they are to where they want to be, from mundane to masterpiece. Whereas counseling is typically prescriptive and is best for couples who need more specialized help to address past hurts, mental health issues, or other patterns of behavior that are beyond coaching.
Just like sports coaches help their players get stronger and identify areas to improve in their sport, as your marriage coaches, we’ll help you grow stronger and identify areas to improve in the art of spousing.
