Start Smart is a comprehensive premarital educational program with two options to go through the course, either Happy Ever After Mentoring or First Steps to Forever Class. Both the Happily Ever After Mentoring and the First Steps to Forever classes of the Start Smart program allow the couple to be eligible for a discount on their marriage license in Florida. Please call your local County Clerk’s office to see if your county accepts this discount.
